Remember my entry on the Windsor Terrace and the lack of lights at night? Well it appears there is some truth behind my analysis. From what I heard on the wire that development peaked at 65% in sales. And now the developers have no choice but to convert the rest of the inventory into rentals.
To make matters more interesting, apparently there is a resident in that development who enjoys the brisk air blowing on his skin and has been known to greet his outside neighbors in all his naked glory.
Although it is not in foreclosure, it is interesting to know that even in Forest Hills is experiencing some type of bubble activity.
