Job Requirements Forbes.com seeks a brainy, ambitious reporter for a full-time staff job covering real estate. The job is on our lifestyle team, and will entail reporting and writing two to three online stories each week, including a long feature. The right person will be able to generate ideas, work a long list of sources, report a smart story and write it with flair--all, of course, on tight deadlines. Must understand how to use numbers in stories, be discerning and be able to come up with reliable methodologies for pieces like ''Most Overpriced Places'' and ''Most Expensive ZIP Codes.'' This can be a high-profile position, with the opportunity for media appearances. We're looking for at least three years of reporting experience; extensive real estate knowledge is not necessary as long as you can learn fast.
